Driver Name Missing or Unauthorised

My fleet with plate number SGD 8989 was driven by Mr. John, but the fleet management platform displays ‘unauthorised driver. Please clarify.

If a driver name is not displayed or “Unauthorised Driver” is displayed for your fleet, please verify if “Driver Identification” mode is not made active without assigning a valid ibutton to the driver. You may verify the same from Settings>>Vehicles>>Driver Identification(edit).
